Indoor Yard Sale/Bake Sale
Come out for our Indoor Yard Sale and Bake Sale on December 7th from 9 AM-2 PM! Featured will be home decor, clothing, accessories, and more. Entry into the event is free and open to the public.
Want to sell at the event? Each table is a $10 donation.
REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED
You will receive an email or a phone call with an approval or denial of your request. All approved parties should make payment at Post 184 no later than Dec 5, 2019. Walk ins on day of the event will only be accepted as long as space remains. Set up will take place Dec 6th and 7th
We are looking for sellers with "yard sale" type items. New items are permitted, as are crafters, however understand that this event is being pushed a "yard sale".
All sellers will be featured on our Facebook page on the morning of the event or after set up.
Event to be advertised in newspapers and around town as well as our Facebook and website. A press release has been sent to area papers announcing this event.
American Legion Post 184 makes no claims or warranties to the success of this event, all tables are non-refundable and considered a donation to Post 184.
Prohibited items: Alcohol, weapons, food, items with mold, items with bug infestations, soiled clothing, personal undergarments, expired baby items including car seats, items that are broken without informing the buyer of it's condition, American Legion branded items.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Byron Pennington Croker American Legion Post 184 and its officers, agents, volunteers and employees from any and all claims arising from participation of Indoor Yard Sale & Bake Sale on December 7th, 2019, including injuries, damages, and losses. American Legion Post 184 is not responsible for issues with buyers and sellers. All sellers are responsible for their own set up and break down, all items must be removed from the property no later than 5 PM or whenever the last event volunteer leaves, whichever is later, on December 7th, 2019. Sellers are to comply with rules for selling and agree not to sell prohibited items. All sellers are to be truthful and inform buyers of the condition and state of each item sold however buyers will also be informed all items are “buyer beware” and “as-is”. Byron Pennington Croker American Legion Post 184 is not responsible for any loss of sales due to advertising and marketing of event. All tables are non-refundable donations. Set up will begin on Friday, December 7th from 6 PM-9 PM and again Saturday from 7 AM-9 AM. Byron Pennington Croker American Legion Post 184 is not responsible for theft or loss of items left on property before, during, or after set up or event. By agreeing to sell at this event you understand the terms and conditions set forth. Failure to follow rules or terms and conditions will result in ejection from event without a refund
